Refund Policy
We offer a 7 day trial so customers can test whether Screen Share Privacy Field Masker works for their workflow before paying.
Refund window
Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of the first paid purchase if the product could not be activated or a critical issue prevents normal use and our support team cannot resolve it.
Non-refundable cases
Renewals, lifetime purchases after activation, payment gateway fees, misuse, account suspension, or purchases made after a successful trial may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email sales@dianahost.com with your license key, payment invoice ID, account email, and a short explanation. We may ask for screenshots or logs to verify the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or gateway where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider.
