Screen Share Privacy Field Masker is operated as an initiative by Diana Host Ltd. This policy explains what information is used to provide trials, licensing, payments, support, and product updates.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, password, license key, subscription status, payment invoice records, device fingerprint, support messages, and email delivery logs. The browser extension stores masking preferences locally in your browser.
How we use information
We use information to create trial accounts, activate subscriptions, sync license status, send license and invoice emails, process payments through UddoktaPay, provide support, detect misuse, and maintain service records.
Payment data
Payments are processed by UddoktaPay. We store invoice identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, transaction metadata, and callback responses. We do not store card numbers or full sensitive payment credentials.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as payment gateway, SMTP/email delivery, hosting, and support systems. We do not sell customer personal data.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Account, license, payment, and email log records may be retained as long as needed for business, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
